Blueberry Ricotta Crostini

This is a scary snack.

I say this because it is so good, I want to eat more than 4.

Not sure if it is a breakfast, dessert or snack.

You can use any berry, they are all delicious right now.

Toast up some good bread and swipe with fresh ricotta.

Throw or place some sliced berries (here I used blueberries) on top.
Sprinkle w/ thyme leaves and lemon zest and a drizzle of honey.

Best served right away.

Everyone went wild for these.

It's my new addiction (until next week!).

Enjoy!

Oh wow. I could eat four slices of this crostini too. Blueberries and cheese are some of my weaknesses.
When will the nectarines be good? I am addicted to blueberries right now too. These look so good. Have a great weekend.

Anon,
Instagram is dangerous! I can't post everything I make! Here is the recipe I used for the buckle:

I tweaked it of course, but basically the same thing!

It was delicious!
