Good Ideas: Peach Caprese Skewers

I know this is so 2005, but who doesn't love a good Caprese skewer?

You can pile anything on a toothpick for a quick appetizer.

Since peaches are at their perfection right now, cut them up into pieces and thread them on fancy toothpicks with bocconcini (little fresh mozzarella balls packed in water).

Add a cherry tomato, a basil leaf and a piece of prosciutto.

Just before serving, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, drizzle with the best olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
