Cook the Book, A Week of Buvette: Yogurt Parfaits w/ Honeyed Nuts
Throw some nuts in a bowl and mix w/ some good local honey.
Keep in a sealed jar in the dark part of your pantry and take me out when you feel like something healthy and sweet on ice cream or yogurt.
Another good idea this week from the Buvette cookbook.
If you have some nice Weck jars, layer the nuts 'n honey (I used hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios and almonds) on the bottom w/ some sea salt.
Then a layer of Greek yogurt.
Repeat, honey, nuts, yogurt.
Top w/ some raspberries and cover w/ a lid.
Place in the fridge and you have an instant snack or breakfast.
This is like dessert!
