What's for Lunch? Smoked Salmon & Egg Tartine

I had a craving for smoked salmon, so bought some Nova (New York style "lox").

Boiled a 6 minute egg, so it was still nice and jammy.

Toasted up a good piece of bread, spread some Hellman's on top and a dab of capers and arugula.

Laid the smoked fish on top, then the sliced egg.

Sprinkled with some fresh chives, and lunch was ready.

Craving satisfied!
