Their lasagne obviously employed the no-bake noodles, and they remained sort of crispy after baking.<br /><br />A friend who used to make world-class lasagne (before so many gourmet noodles were available) used DiCeccho. The reason for the different spellings is because the word lasagna is singular, and lasagne is the plural. You can be very picky and use the plural if you like, since you use more than one lasagna sheet to make the dish.
