My friend Deb gave me free reign in her garden while she is away. I know she has TONS of zucchini as does everyone around here. This is a great way to use it. Not too rich which is how I like it.

I really like the way the zucchini gratin looks and that it uses parmesan. I have a ton that I need to use up.<br /><br />The fish looks pretty good too!
